Our two fitness studios feature floor to ceiling windows with stunning views of the downtown Loop skyline, state-of-the-art sound systems, ceiling fans and natural, low-energy lighting. One studio is dedicated to Pilates personal training and group reformer classes using Peak Pilates equipment, and the other studio is dedicated to small group classes up to a maximum of 15 to ensure a high degree of instructor attention and feedback. Our spa facilities include three nature-inspired treatment rooms offering a variety of massage therapies, facials and waxing treatments using certified-organic products, and luxurious locker room accommodations complete with a steam room and infra-red sauna. Every attention to detail has been made to ensure your enjoyment, comfort and privacy.

Our steam room and
sauna facilities are
available by appointment only for 30 minute sessions and can accommodate up to two individuals at one time. The Sunlight Sauna uses Solocarbon™ Heating Technology and features a Blaupunct Premium Sound System with AM/FM radio and CD player. Infrared radiant energy is used to penetrate the body's tissues at a more pleasant temperature than traditional hot rock saunas. Sunlight's patented heater design resonates the water molecules under your skin causing the release of cellular toxins such as mercury, aluminum, cholesterol and other toxic gases such as sulfur and formaldehyde. The optimal micron output also allows for deeper penetration of far-infrared heat, which studies have shown to improve pain relief, detoxification and circulation.
